Ultimate tanker build
I dont know is this was posted before, but what the hell, I'll share my fun build with others.
Note, this is not a build that will kick ass or something, it's just made there to annoy people.
Wanna look cool and stand against 4 players all by yourself? Read on.
You will be doing 0-5 damage (tanks-mages), but most of things will have hard time killing you.
Stats as following:
Class:
Warrior/Elementalist
Attributes:
Earth Magic: 11
Tactics: 11
Strenth: 11
Swordsmanship: 2 *
Skills:
Armor of Earth
Dolyak Signet
Watch Yourself
Healing Signet
I Will Avenge You!
Shield Stance
Defy Pain(elite) / Endure Pain
Obsidian Flesh (elite)
Runes:
Superior Vigor
Superior Absorbtion
Minor Tactics
Minor Strenght
Minor Swordsmanship (optional)
Armor:
Dragon Armor
Shield:
Any shield which gives hp and damage reduction while enchanted
Weapon:
Sword in my case
Focus:
Sword Pommel of Defense
Zealous Sword Hilt
*I use sword not to deal damage but to gain energy and adrenaline with each hit.
With this build I was able to tank all 4 enemies as long as they didnt use shadow magic. HP degeneration spells can also be annoying but there are few skills included that can get you out of trouble.
Obsidian Flesh is there to stop those pesky Necromances since they are the only characters that can seriously damage you.
Here is a screen:
Click
Again note, this is a build if you get bored of plain old PvP (which often happens to me).
Flame if you want, I dont care
Remember, others might not think it's funny, so if you meet enemies that cannot kill you be fair and end that battle since they deserved to win.

Instead of flaming you as a griefer, which is my first instinct, I'm going to give an honest critique of your build for its intended purpose, just for the fun of it.
First, obviously, you can't have both defy pain and obsidian flesh on, and given the choice, I think you'd be better off with obsidian flesh. In particular, if you drop the sword and pick up a zealous axe with +40% enchants, obsidian flesh will last ~25 seconds, out of its 30 second refresh time.
Second, I'm concerned about your ability to heal yourself. You've only go healing sig, which is extremely easy to interrupt because its a signet, and doesn't give you a whole lot of health in the long run. If the enemy team has both poison and cripple that they can keep on you consistently, they can probably bring you down. I suppose you can use IWAY for the regeneration provided that your allies don't leave to help keep you afloat, but you may want to consider something like "I Will Survive" for that extra kick. I'm not a huge fan of endure pain and would probably drop that for it.
I think the problem with this build, is even though it probably works quite well at what its supposed to do, I think it will be inferior to the equivalent W/Mo build of this nature. Your main advantage is your armor and obsidian flesh, but you have problems with healing, and in particular interruption. W/Mo won't have as much armor as you, but he'll be in stance 100% of the time, so it is extremely unlikely he will ever get interrupted. He can also bring condition and even hex removal, so the degenerating classes won't be as much of a hinderance to you. I haven't played against your build, so I can't say for sure, but I'm inclined to believe that the W/Mo could probably outlive you, if he had a good setup.

That's the point. This build is made NOT to die, just that and nothing more.
But another point you dont get is that:
Fighters will do 0 damage to you
Mages will do 0 damage to you
Archers will do 0 damage to you
All mage skills that do direct damage to you (fire, air, earth) will do 0 damage. I was standing in meteor shower and couldnt be knocked out since it was doing 0 damage.
The only thing that damages you is shadow damage/hp degeneration.
I've met interrupters, I even have a Ranger iterrupter myself and they dont help much since you will be using more than one skill, and with most people doing 0 damage you wont have to heal that often. I use Defy Pain or Endure Pain to get myself out of trouble, and if really needed, I Will Avenge You! and Shield Stance, you just need good timing.

earth damage kills you, you seem to think it cares about your armor...
second, any mesmer with interupts/enchant removal kills you.
the build i use is a n/me with spiteful spirit and empathy, plus some health degen and shatter enchantement. i would love to fight you.

Re Anarki:
I understand that you have designed this build to "not die", and although some of the other posters have pointed out some of the shortcomings in that regard, the reason a build like this drives people crazy in pvp is that, while you admittedly have lots of survivability, there is nothing else you can contribute to your team's success. Nothing at all.
You may find this amusing or entertaining, but I guess I'm making a plea for all of your future teammates. Wouldn't you find actually helping out the team and assisting in contending for a victory to be more fun?
And while it's frustrating to face a build like this as an opponent, it's much more frustrating to have one on your own team.

I dont think this build would really help any team at all. Warriors would probably be the last person on a team anyone would go for. So good for you if you're the last one standing, but will your defense be strong enough to hold off four enemies until they get tired and all quit?

Exacly. Unless the other team is dumb enough to stand there and whack at me for 0 damage while my team is nailing them (that actually happens).
I dont play team arenas or GvsG battles because I only play GW with my girlfriend, no point playing team arena against a made up team.
That's why this build have a very high chance to survive. You wont meet a pre made team.
Lion's Arch arena is the only thing I do. I should've pointed that out in my first post.
Sheesh, you people should go out more often.

Actually with the prevalence of condition based and hex based builds in CA I don't see this lasting any longer than 2-3 rounds before dying. Thats 2-3 rounds of 15-20 minutes before the other team decides the griefer isn't worth their time.
Good job at making a build that can withstand direct damage. Now, quit acting like a little kid with the ultimate you can't hurt me! and make a build that can survive AND kill something, anything.

Welcome to online roleplaying, griefing is a big part of it, you probably are one of those players who look like girls and play Elves only.
Anyway, to the point.
I tweaked this build so now it can both do some damage and absorb it.
Skills:
Savage Slash
Riposte
Deadly Riposte
Watch Yourself!
Armor of Earth
Defy Pain
Healing Signet
Resurrection Signet
Attributes:
Earth: 10
Strength: 9 + 1
Swordsmanship 9 + 1
Tactics: 9 + 1
Sword:
Whatever you feel like. Mine is +15% enchant. 10/10 AP and +30HP.
Riposte/Deadly Riposte can be replaced with other damage dealing skills.
I just like watching warriors hit me and die.
And yes, whole this build is for my amusement, not owning people within seconds. If i wanted that, i'd play elementalist or something.

At least you're having fun. =)

Its amazing how personal people take this game. OMG you have nothing to offer my team. I could kill you with my dom/BM ranger muwahahah ph33r m3 for I am l33t. I mean why are you reading this forum if you know all, conquer all and don't like reading others builds, finds, etc? Just amazing.
I enjoy reading things such as this build and trying it out. Then incorporate it into another build or something. Thanks for sharing.

You'd do terrible damage and you'd do terrible tanking. You might own the W/Mo who just bought the game a week ago but very few other people.

finally someone with someting worth saying! It's a game, It's ment to be fun, yeah i'm sure their a build that can shut this down instantly, what build isnt there that cant be shut down one way or another. The fact is not every team can have every build combination all the time.
Looks like a fun build to be honest yeah your not doing much damage but thats a tank for you. their irratating warriors that heep doing annoyingly small amounts of damage but they keep you busy thats what their for.

Heh, just looked at your pic and you don't even have the elites you're proposing. That would explain why you don't know how easily they would fail.
